From all of these exposed figures, who have never been the same and have all been put forward against their will, there are no fewer than twelve totally different and equally remarkable Fulcanillian suggestions for the alchemist and writer of the Mystery of the Cathedrals, namely: Jean-Julien Champagne, René Schwaller de Lubicz, Pierre Dujols, Eugène Canseliet, François Jolivet-Castelot, Pierre de Lesseps, Alexis de Sarachaga, a collective of authors and practitioners, or even more recently: Camille Flammarion, Alphonse Jobert, Jules Violle… Who then is the true Fulcanelli among this selection of supposed biographies?
