This work illustrates that it is possible to improve the faculties of our brain and draw on its unused functions in order to establish a new relationship with it. By learning to know it, we can use it better and overcome a number of challenges: how should we react when faced with what we interpret as memory loss? When faced with depression? How can we rediscover balance when faced with the subconscious mental attitudes responsible for weight gains. How can we put a stop to the spiral of fear? How can we develop our abilities of self-healing and learn mindfulness? For Deepak Chopra, spiritual awakening is a natural path which the brain must also follow. It is down to us then to make it our ally in order to surpass our own limitations and attain freedom and bliss.
