These six "express" guided relaxation sessions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to find a moment to unwind. Against a background of soft music, they teach you to breathe slowly and deeply, giving your body the sensations of warmth and gravity induced by this comfortable state of relaxation. Bodily comfort thus restored, you will be guided by poetic visualizations towards an initiation into positive thinking.
